• Twilio: call and SMS metadata for messages sent through the platform.
• Stripe: payment transaction confirmations.
• Resend / Email providers: email delivery status and open rates.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send SMS messages, emails, and AI-generated follow-ups on behalf of licensed realtors to their opted-in leads.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

4. SMS Messaging and Consent

Replivo AI sends SMS messages to real estate leads on behalf of our realtor customers. All SMS recipients must have provided explicit prior written consent via a web form or opt-in mechanism on the realtor's website or landing page. The opt-in disclosure includes:

• The identity of the sender (realtor name and brokerage)
• The nature and frequency of messages
• That message and data rates may apply
• Clear opt-out instructions (reply STOP)
• Help instructions (reply HELP)

Opt-out: Any recipient may text STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent after a STOP request is received.

Help: Recipients may text HELP to receive support contact information.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Twilio (SMS/voice), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and cloud infrastructure providers, solely to deliver our Services.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or government authority.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
• With your consent: for any other purpose with your explicit permission.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
